PROMETRA BACKGROUND<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In Zimbabwe there is less promotion of Indigenous Knowledge Systems which is resulting in cultural moral decadency, drug and substance abuse, violation of bio lateral cultural principles, early child marriages, teen pregnancies and abortions, cults and ritualism, homosexuality, prostitution, high adoption of foreign cultural values and degradation of the environment.<\/p>

The vast majority of the Zimbabwean population are taking their culture as meaningless, doomed with ignorance they have become people with identity crisis not understanding their roots. \u201cA people without a culture is a people without a soul\u201d and \u201cA people without knowing their roots \/ past is a people without a soul\u201d- Sir Seretse Khama.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • He is a traditional healer with over 39 years\u2019 experience and exposure to traditional healing and indigenous knowledge across Africa and beyond.<\/li>
  • Has worked with PROMETRA South Africa as a consultant.<\/li>
  • National Research Foundation South Africa as a consultant in Indigenous Knowledge System.<\/li>
  • Acting Chairman of African Traditional Religion on Religious Broadcasting Panel, South Africa.<\/li>
  • Attended ICASA conferences in Durban South Africa and Nairobi Kenya.<\/li>
  • Chairman of Moyo Herbal and Complementary therapy heritage in South Africa (NGO).<\/li>
  • Running of Moyo Herbal Clinic in Johannesburg and Umtata Eastern Cape, South Africa for 16 years.<\/li>

    • Qualified in Medicine at Godfrey Huggins Medical School, University of Zimbabwe in 1979 hence 43 years of experience and exposure in scientific medical practice.<\/li>
    • In these 43 years was also researching in traditional medical practice with various traditional practitioners.<\/li>
